Zack’s Custom Rods, LLC (ZCR) warrants that its fishing rod products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime to the original owner.  Warranty information is subject to the following Standard Limited Terms and Conditions 

Standard Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

• This warranty does not cover any damage to product that results from fire, intentional breakage, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, repair, or modification.

• If you believe your ZCR fishing rod product has a defect in material or workmanship, please contact Zack’s Custom Rods, LLC at (508) 223-6954 for assessment and determination of the warranty claim prior to the fishing rod product being used. ZCR has the sole responsibility for determining if a warranty claim is valid or not. Upon the final warranty determination, additional instructions will be given at that time.

• Zack’s Custom Rods, LLC reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any ZCR rod products covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts. 

• Warranties for rod blanks are covered by the manufacture and their specific warranty terms and conditions.

• Zack’s Custom Rods, LLC shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states omit the exclusion or limitation if incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations may not apply.  This warranty gives specific legal rights however these rights vary from state to state.

• These Warranty Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

• All warranty claims and customer service is provided by Zack’s Custom Rods, LLC.

Shipping Damage: If a package is damaged in shipment, refuse the shipment or make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket. Take photos of the damaged package and merchandise to document the issue. Call Zack’s Custom Rods, LLC at (508) 223-6954 to report the damage and to open a claim with the carrier.
